WHITE HILL WIND FARM SUBSTATION STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING APPLICATION
White Hill Wind Limited is applying for planning permission for the construction and operation of an electricity substation, underground electricity line and associated site development works in the townlands of Shankill and Ballygorteen, County Kilkenny; and Moanmore, Lackan and Baunreagh, County Carlow.
Following consultations with An Bord Pleanála, it has been determined that the proposed development is a Strategic Infrastructure Development which necessitates a planning application being made directly to An Bord Pleanála. It is a requirement of An Bord Pleanála that a dedicated planning application website is created which includes all of the application documentation.
